Excellent consulting is our motivation. The focus of our consulting activities is on process improvement. Our experts specialize in making processes highly efficient, using international standards such as ASPICE (Automotive Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination).

What is ASPICE?

• ASPICE was first developed in the late 1990s by a group of German automotive companies, including BMW, Bosch, Continental, DaimlerChrysler and Volkswagen
• ASPICE is owned by the German Association of the Automotive Industry
• Creation of a common framework for evaluating and improving software development processes used in the automotive industry
• Recognized international standard for the evaluation of (software) development processes in the automotive industry
• Automotive SPICE® is based on the latest version of the ISO/IEC 330xx series (set of standards for the software development process, e.g. definition of requirements and resources needed for process evaluation)
• Assessment of the respective development projects according to maturity level dimensions (Level 0 to Level 5)

• Conducting ASPICE workshops and automotive cybersecurity for management, development and quality assurance
• Coaching of employees regarding the impact of ASPICE and Automotive Cybersecurity on individual processes
