Allgeier Engineering has become part of the ACONEXT Group and is now operating as ACONEXT Solutions GmbH. This marks the start of a new phase of development that combines continuity with growth: Allgeier Engineering’s established engineering expertise will in future be combined with ACONEXT’s size, scalability and technological breadth.

ACONEXT is an established engineering and IT consulting partner to leading OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. With more than 850 employees, offices in locations including Fellbach, Böblingen, Heimsheim, Munich, Ingolstadt and Nuremberg, and a clear focus on Future Mobility, Digital Future, Software & AI, and Defence & Aerospace, ACONEXT has a strong platform for challenging technology, development and transformation projects.

Allgeier Engineering brings its long-standing expertise in the field of electronic systems to this shared future. Over the past 15 years, the company has established itself as a reliable partner for complex technical tasks, particularly in the automotive and rail sectors. Around 150 highly qualified and experienced employees offer expertise in verification and validation, quality management, quality assurance, software development and project management.
